Processing Time
All orders are freshly baked and packed to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Local Delivery (within Vancouver): Per your calendar selection

  • Canada-Wide Shipping: typically 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: typically 2-3 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping: $18 CAD (Standard Shipping)

  • Free shipping on orders over $175

  • Local pickup: Free from our commissary kitchen (107-8811 Laurel St, Vancouver)

Packaging
For shipping out of BC, we take extra care to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and intact. All cookies are sealed and packed with protective material.

Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, we recommend selecting express shipping to avoid heat exposure. We are not responsible for melted products if standard shipping is chosen.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses or delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
